CLINICAL IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST
 Heidi Hohmann is a professional nurse with experience in helping teams deliver efficient, high-quality care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Ms. Hohmann is an expert in assessing staff strengths and more effectively matching them with clinical needs. She is also a proven leader achieving exceptional team dynamics even within the most challenging clinical teams. Her work in redesigning individual roles and restructuring teams has directly helped improve patient service, reduce wait times, and increase the efficiency of physicians in a number of clinics.
In addition to her work with Derry, Nolan & Associates, Ms. Hohmann serves as a charge nurse in the oncology services unit at Swedish Medical Center, where she has worked since 1997. Known to physicians as a nurse who helps deliver the best possible clinical outcome for patients, Ms. Hohmann also serves on a leadership committee to expand nurse skills in the areas of project management and communication. She graduated with a BS in Nursing from Seattle University, and a BA from University of Washington. |
