 Julie Titus has 25 years of experience in the management of laboratory (Certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists), radiology and other medical clinic departments. Ms. Titus also has extensive experience in implementing the Institute of Healthcare Improvement Advanced Access Patient Appointment Model. She has successfully developed and implemented Third Party Medicare Compliance programs, analyzed provider costs and productivity and improved staff utilization in order to improve efficiency and profitability of practices and hospital departments.
