PHYSICIAN LEADER SPECIALIZING IN GOVERNANCE, FINANCE AND OPERATIONS
Dr. William Fallon is a trained orthopaedic surgeon and an expert in helping improve organizational performance in hospital and private practice settings. With more than 20 years of medical leadership experience, Dr. Fallon helps organizations assess and address issues that may inhibit them from achieving excellence in delivering high-quality and cost effective patient-care. He specializes in physician governance, leadership and coaching, compensation methods and issues such as on-call pay, recruitment and employment agreements, team dynamics, quality, and operational process improvements.
In addition to his work with Derry, Nolan & Associates, Dr. Fallon currently serves on the Board of Trustees at University of Washington/Harborview Medical Center, and on the Quality Assurance, Joint Conference, Executive, and Strategic Planning/Health Care and Bylaws Committees there. He also continues on the Clinical Care Committee (QA), and Bylaws Committee at Auburn Regional Medical Center. Previously, Dr. Fallon started Cascade Orthopaedic and Fracture Clinic, which grew to 8 surgeons, 5 locations, a Physical Therapy Center, Imaging center and Ambulatory Surgery Center. While practicing at Auburn Regional Medical Center, he held positions as chairman of Quality Assurance, Chairman of Department of Surgery, Chief of Staff, and member of the Board of Governors and Executive Committee. |
