Jesse Maier, who is a CPA as well as a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional, brings nearly a decade of experience in healthcare financial management in both hospital and outpatient care settings. “Jesse’s ability to develop financial communication tools that medical practice management really need – like performance dashboards and benchmarking, is an ideal complement to the team,” said Crystal Nolan. Ms. Nolan, who holds a MHA and is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE), knows what medical practices need, as she regularly holds interim management roles that involve recruiting top talent for clients.
The group also welcomes Cathleen Strauss, RN, BSN. Ms. Strauss has over 20 years of healthcare experience to medical practice clients, from direct care in telemetry and urgent care settings to Clinical Director at an ASC. Barbara Derry, who also holds a BSN in addition to being a FACMPE, says, “Cathleen is strong in ASC Development, one of our specialties. She’s handled QA programs, training, policy and procedure development, and recently helped launch an Ophthalmic ASC. It’s great to have her on board.”
